The client had engaged the services of an architect. At the point that plans for his remodel were submitted to the City, he was provided with a set of construction documents from which to gather construction bids. It was then he contacted us to assist him with the bidding and negotiation process as well as project oversight.
After learning more about the client and his vision, it was apparent that the plans did not align with his vision and that the proposed remodel would have detracted from the value of his home since the proposed floor plan did not solve a critical shot gun bedroom circulation problem (no hallway between two bedrooms).
